Case study
Prairie Vista Meadows HOA
One clear, phone-friendly place for residents’ documents, announcements and contacts.
The challenge
Prairie Vista Meadows is a community of 63 properties near Peyton, Colorado. Its residents need one clear place to find documents, announcements and contacts.
The board needed that without anyone having to wrestle with complicated software to keep it current.
What I did
- Designed and built a clean, fast site that’s easy to read on a phone.
- Host it, and make the updates on the board’s behalf.
The result
Residents have a single, trustworthy source of truth for community information.
The work came through the Colorado Springs Kennel Club: in October 2017 one of its members asked me to build, look after and host the site, and I have ever since.
